Day - of - Coordinator
A day-of wedding coordinator is responsible for ensuring the wedding day or weekend is executed flawlessly. My roles include overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges during the festivities.

Julissa has a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and has a passion for event planning and making your day stress free.
She has been planning and coordinating events for over 5 years and we are so excited to have her on our team!

PREPERATION

One in-person consultation, unlimited access via phone and e-mail

A detailed schedule for the ceremony & reception, including vendor & [wedding] party timetable

Distribute day-of timeline for vendors

Organize [wedding] party for line-up and placement

Receive all personal items for the ceremony and reception (guestbook, favors, etc.)

Attend venue walkthrough

Contact vendors the week of the wedding to confirm the previous discussions and verify all final details

Day-of-coordination

Manage the timing of the event

Distribute flowers to [wedding] parties and family

Final inspections on setup, seating placements/count, table/escort cards, decor, etc.

Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements as needed

Attend to guests needing special assistance

Coordinate with musicians on ceremony song selections

Cue ceremony

Review reception activities - grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc.

Distribute any final payments and/or gratuities to vendors (paid by the client)

Coordinate transport of gifts and personal items into designated car or room

Coordinate clean-up

Pricing
-
Rehearsal - $75 an hour
-
Day of - $800 for 8 hours

Additional hours for day-of - $100 an hour

Mileage surcharge - $1 (outside of Salem/Keizer)

Drive time fee - $70 an hour

Extra team member - $20 an hour
